Gail is a business startup consultant with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, financial analysis, market research, business operations, and decision analysis. She has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand entrepreneurs’ businesses and constructed the most suitable solutions. Gail has led more than 300 client engagements covering industries from information technology, healthcare, beauty retail, salon, and barber services, financial services, mobile app, construction, consumer products, and media/entertainment. Gail’s primary focus is the development of business plans, detailed budgets, and financial modeling.

Madrid Johnson is a consummate professional and is a recognized leader in the world of cosmetology. Madrid is an award-winning stylist with many accomplishments in his 40 years as a hairdresser. Madrid is one of the few elite hairdressers to have obtained a national certified cosmetology license. Madrid is the author of the upcoming book “Glamorous and Profitable”. An entrepreneurial guide to starting and operating a lucrative beauty industry business. In 10 easy steps. Madrid is the President, Director of Education and Chairman of the Hair Fashion committee for the California Cosmetology Association. Madrid is the owner of Madrid’s International Bleu Champu Salons and Bleu Champu Salon ready training center in Oakland, California and Phoenix, Arizona.

Lisa Love, owner of LoveWrapz Boutique. Lisa Love is a New Orleans native currently residing in Dallas, Texas. Through her love of head wraps, and passion for entrepreneurship, LoveWrapz was born. With over ten years of experience in Retail Management, and Customer Service, Lisa is well versed in Marketing, Branding, and all the tools needed to produce a successful brand. After years of hard work, delivering results in the corporate sector, making the rich richer, Lisa felt it was time to utilize her talents to make her own dreams a reality, by starting her own business venture. 

In March 2018, she had an idea to start an online retail store, selling handmade products created with love, to showcase on a worldwide platform. Filled with excitement, as she prepared to launch her online store, Lisa encountered a layoff from her corporate job. Disguised as a setback, this would be the turning point that would fuel Lisa’s entrepreneurial appetite.
